Detailed Mention of the price for the goods or the service proposed
The price given in the order confirmation by OPTIQUE SERGENT SARL is the final price. This price includes items price, handling price, packaging and shipping price as well as the whole taxes for exportation out of France within the European Union. No other Duty customs or TVA has to be paid for delivery within the European Union.
Offer's acceptance
The buyer committs himself to give to OPTIQUE SERGENT SARL an address to which the delivery can be done during working hours. The buyer committs himslef to pay the price indicated for the OPTIQUE SERGENT SARL service (product and shipping price), as well as pay or make pay, if need be, directly to the carrier, customs duty, TVA or other taxes due to the importation of the products in the delivered country. ( which is the case for some countries oustide the European Union).
E-mail confirmation by Optique-Sergent SARL
After the payment has been validated, the order is considered accepted by Optique Sergent SARL. Optique Sergent SARL will confirm the order acceptance to the buyer by e-mail or by any other method, mail, fax... This confirmation, or if need be, the refusal of an order will be confirmed to the buyer at the latest 24 working hours after receiving the order. Optique Sergent SARL can refuse a payment and so the order for any reason, particularly if its a providing matter, a received order, or a predictable delivery matter.
Revocation terms
The revocation term is 7 working days : for goods, from the delivery day for the buyer, as soon as the e-mail confirmation of the information given. If the e-mail or other confirmation is not done by OPTIQUE SERGENT SARL , the revocation term is 3 months from the delivery day for the consumer.
If within these 3 months, the e-mail confirmation is done and ackowledged of receipt by the consumer, the revocation term is 7 working days from the acknowledgment of receipt.
In case of using this revocation right, OPTIQUE SERGENT must give a refund of the amounts given by the buyer, without fee. The refund must be done within 30 days.
